Assistant Principal

Robin Birringer

I am proud to be a member of the Falcon Zone in District 49 and the Assistant Principal of Meridan Ranch Elementary School. I am a native of Colorado Springs, but moved a bit as an Army Brat, and once as an adult. However, my love for the mountians, Colorado weather, and my family, always brought me home. I have four kids, three grand babies, six dogs, two cats, chickens and bees.

I have been in education for 20 years. I started as a counseling secretary as I finished my teaching degree. I taught 1st and 5th grades at Ivywild Elementary. In fact, my old 1st grade classroom is now a really cool bar! I then moved to another elementary school and taught 2nd grade for a year, and 5th grade for five years before moving on to be a library technology educator, then a dean of students at a middle school, and finally found my happy place as an assistant principal. 

I am so excited to be a part of your community and blessed to be a part of your kids' lives. I look forward to getting to know you. My door is always open, so stop by and say hi!
